I was exceptionally pleased to hear in advance when I called that this location didn’t charge extra for parking to take up multiple spots; a few extra were needed for the 18-foot trailer. Staying in lower priced hotels usually about 300 days a year, it comparatively felt like a resort from the prompt courtesy I was shown by Alexis at the front to some of the comfiest beds got to sleep in all year. On a weekend, I probably couldn’t have found enough spots to park the vehicle/trailer seeing as they have a reasonably confined lot; for most that will read this, it should deter you none. And like others clarified, there is a lovely gentleman that brings you waffles, Joe. This location is exemplary and the staff are filial.

Wow!! What incredible staff and hospitality at this hotel! Everyone was so kind to my husband and I while we were here. We had wonderful conversations with sweet Joe, who also made us delicious waffles and hand delivered them to us at our table, along with napkins, silverware, and syrup. He really went above and beyond for us. What an incredible guy, we really enjoyed talking to him. Every staff member we spoke with was so kind to us. Thank you for such a great stay!

There were power outages throughout the night and a fire alarm that went of in the middle of the night (due to the power outages). We understand that they don’t offer any kind of discounts during these situations, but staff were not very friendly or understanding, and didn’t even ask us about our stay. Carla even shouted down the hall at us as we left. The rooms were decent, but pretty muggy and not super clean. The walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear everything. Would recommend spending a little more money to stay somewhere nicer with better hospitality.

Hotels a hotel, as long as it's clean. If it doesn't smell like nothing, don't stay there, to much smell is hiding something. But hotel staff/people are what make motels stand out. Everyone was so nice and actually talked to you! I believe this attitude toward guests, made the other guests more pleasant, to each other. The room was so spacious, separate bed and seating area. You actually had a comfy arm chair, couch, desk chair, and 2 footstools. Having just a bed and desk chair to sit on, makes for a long evening. I hate sitting on a bed during the day. You can't relax for a good nights rest. The room was spotless! The frig and m/w were clean and had no smells. The bed was comfy, and no creatures found anywhere in the room, dead or alive. Plenty of linens! Lots of usb and appliance plug ins. I dropped something under the bed, no dust bunnies, as far as I reached. My allergies weren't bad, so the room was pretty clear of dust. The pool area didn't stink of high chlorine and water was clear. Usually I can't use the exercise room, because of the high Chlorine fumes, from the pool. I used it twice a day for 3 days, and no issues with fumes. Always felt safe. They had a standard variety of equipment: recumbent bike (take a pillow, back won't go up far enough for me, I'm short), treadmill, and weight machine. All of the equipment was clean. And there were plenty of wipes to wipe it down, after I was through. And back to the staff, they make the atmosphere feel, like they are paying attention to every guest. They are taking notice of each guest and who they are with. Not in a creepy way, just keeping things real in todays society. To me, that makes it safer, for kids too. I have no doubt that any employee would take immediate action, to protect a child. They'd take action, ask questions and answer more questions later. And this is the first hotel we've stayed at, that I felt like that in a long time. My only complaint, that's just who I am, I can find fault with anything. Hah! The elevator was slow. But that was fine, we talked to some really nice people. The added plus, the people coming out of the pool, didn't wreak of strong chlorine. Yes, they dripped and made the floor wet, traffic wet cones everywhere, so everything was good. She, Ellie Elevator, gets the job done, and doesn't smell like old/acrid/hot metal shaving grease. I saw groups larger than 10 people get on, with stuff, no issues. No way was I getting in that packed sardine can! I smelled it before I got on, Ellie Elevator didn't smell hot or anything. We can be patient, leave her alone, she gets the job done. We will be back! Good job to the staff, maintenance, and managers!
